At this time, we cannot ship part of your order to one address and part to another address. For delivery to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.
ORDER PAYMENT OPTIONS
On all orders placed on gemslilingerie.com, we accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa. Paying online with a credit card is easy and safe. Just enter your credit card information during Checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process Checks, Money Orders, as form of payment. Additionally, we are unable to send packages C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery).
Here Is How You Can Order
Shop throughout our store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Remember, you may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.
When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date, plus all the necessary billing and shipping information. You will then receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer. Be sure to include your daytime phone number and E-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.

Coupon Redemption
To redeem a coupon, simply click on the coupon link provided or enter the coupon claim code during the checkout process. Coupons are redeemable for one time and one purchase only. May not be combined with any other offer. Coupons, discounts and promotions can not be applied retroactively to previously placed orders.
60 Day Return Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. That’s why we offer a 60-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn/unopened merchandise with all tags attached within 60 days for an exchange or refund. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase unless you instruct us otherwise. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
Please note that the full refund only applies to domestic orders. For international orders, a full refund will be issued for the value of the item only (excluding the shipping charges).
